Timothy & Thread is the retail brand of Steven Timothy LLC. By using timothyandthread.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked store policies. Please read them before checkout.

Using the store

You must be of legal age to enter a purchase agreement in your state. Provide accurate contact, account and delivery details, protect your login information, and use the site lawfully. Interfering with the store, attempting unauthorized access or submitting fraudulent orders is prohibited.

Product details and photographs

Package lists and measured dimensions on each product page describe the item being offered. A room photograph may also include furniture, inserts or decorative accessories that are not part of the purchase. Screen settings and lighting can change the appearance of color. Compare actual measurements before relying on a familiar bed-size label. Inch conversions are rounded from the stated metric dimensions.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax and delivery charge are shown in the order summary before submission. We do not use crossed-out reference prices to imply a discount where no genuine comparison exists.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order information. We may need to contact you about an address problem, unavailable item, suspected misuse or a material listing error before an order is accepted or fulfilled. If an order cannot be completed, any amount collected for the affected purchase will be refunded. A pricing or description error will not be used to impose a different purchase without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains the contiguous 48-state delivery area and standard shipping of $7.99 per order below $135 in merchandise, or free at $135 or more after discounts, before tax and shipping. No oversized surcharge applies to the current collection. Processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit takes 3–7 days. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, condition requirements, return postage and refund review. Both policies form part of these terms.

Site content and external services

The Timothy & Thread name, original brand artwork and site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party services linked from this site operate under their own terms. We aim to keep information accurate and accessible, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur.

Rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited; this does not limit responsibility where prohibited by applicable law. These terms are governed by applicable U.S. and Alaska law, subject to mandatory rights in your place of residence.
