We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Our Alaska business address is our contact and return address; our outbound delivery area remains the contiguous states.
Where an order can go
Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, DC, U.S. territories, international destinations and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are outside this delivery area. Please use a physical street address rather than a P.O. box.
Two parts to the delivery timeline
Processing: 2–4 business days. This is the time used to prepare an order before it leaves for delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Transit: 4–7 business days. This is the estimated travel time after dispatch, separate from processing. Weather, holidays and carrier interruptions can affect arrival; these windows are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

The shipping charge stays $9.95 regardless of the number of items or the merchandise subtotal. There is no free-shipping threshold. No items in the current collection require an oversized surcharge. Available delivery charges appear in the bag and checkout after your address is entered. Orders travel by standard parcel carrier; dispatch information and tracking, when available, are sent to your order email.
Changes, delays and delivery questions
Check the address and apartment number before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; address changes or cancellation depend on whether preparation or dispatch has begun. When an expected parcel has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email your order number and the details so we can investigate.
If we cannot meet our dispatch window, we will send a revised dispatch date and ask whether you prefer to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full, prompt refund. If we cannot obtain consent for the delay, we will cancel the affected items and issue the refund.
